We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager, ADF to join our team in Ft. Madison, IA.
With general supervision, this position is responsible for marketing/inside sales activities of products and/or services in the aircraft deicing business unit. Maintains key marketing/sales contacts with both domestic and foreign entities. Evaluates new initiatives and business opportunities. Participates in the development of short- and long-range objectives and recommends goals to higher management. Identifies customer needs, performs market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and develops business plans.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops market/product line business plans and capture plans to support sales in designated market segments.
- Advises management on status or action required in connection with existing and potential sales programs.
- Identifies potential customers to develop and fosters partnerships.
- Analyzes market data to identify trends
- Identify trends/opportunities and provides input for strategic direction.
- Prepares and provides initial pricing information and recommendations to management.
- Creates market analyses presentations.
- May prepare and present company product briefings and conducts facilities tours for visitors.
- Assists in supplying business development input and administrative control for specific projects within the group.
- Provides initial drafts of white papers, articles, technical descriptions, etc.
- Maintains the policies and processes used by marketing, including the implementation and progression of electronic and organizational management systems.
- Coordinates promotional activities including participation in trade shows, customer site visits and other industry events.
- Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
- Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices. Additional Functions Other duties as assigned or required.

- Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field and three or more years progressively complex marketing/sales experience.
- Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education. Must demonstrate a general understanding of marketing/sales concepts, techniques, and standards and experience demonstrating those concepts.
- Must possess:
