Role Overview<\/b>

We are seeking a results -driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across IT staffing, consulting services, and AI product offerings<\/b>.
<\/p>
This role requires a strong focus on product sales along with services<\/b>, while also supporting RFP/RFQ/SOW opportunity identification and bid participation<\/b>.
<\/p>
Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>
1. Product & Services Sales (Core Focus)<\/b>
<\/p>- Drive revenue across:
- AI / SaaS products (NovaSynq, NovaBotX, NovaMatch, etc.)<\/b>
<\/li> - IT staffing (C2C/W2/1099) and consulting services<\/b>
<\/li><\/ul><\/li> - Actively position and sell product offerings to new and existing clients
<\/li> - Identify opportunities to cross -sell products with staffing and consulting engagements
<\/li> - Convert leads and opportunities into successful closures across both services and products
<\/li><\/ul>

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management<\/b>
<\/p>- Build strong relationships with decision -makers, hiring managers, and partners
<\/li> - Acquiring new clients and expand existing accounts
<\/li> - Position the organization as a strategic partner for both services and product solutions
<\/li><\/ul>3. Sales Pipeline & Revenue Ownership<\/b>
<\/p>- Own the full sales cycle:<\/b>
- Prospecting â Qualification â Proposal â Closure
<\/li><\/ul><\/li> - Maintain and track pipeline across stages (P5 â P1)<\/b>
<\/li> - Achieve revenue targets across both services and product lines
<\/li><\/ul>4. RFP / RFQ / SOW Exposure & Participation<\/b>
<\/p>- Identify, review, and screen relevant RFP, RFQ, and SOW opportunities<\/b>
<\/li> - Participate in bid qualification, solution alignment, and proposal coordination<\/b>
<\/li> - Work with internal teams to gather inputs for pricing, documentation, and submissions<\/b>
<\/li> - Track and manage bid lifecycle and follow -ups<\/b>
<\/li><\/ul>5. Product Positioning & Sales Enablement<\/b>
<\/p>- Present product value propositions and support demos / client discussions<\/b>
<\/li> - Collaborate with GTM and technical teams for solution alignment and pitch readiness<\/b>
<\/li> - Contribute to client -facing materials (decks, proposals, solution narratives)<\/b>
<\/li><\/ul>Required Skills & Experience<\/b>
<\/p>- 1+ years of experience in IT staffing / consulting business development<\/b>
<\/li> - Strong experience in:
<\/li> - Product / SaaS sales (preferred or demonstrated exposure)<\/b>
<\/li> - C2C, W2, 1099 staffing models<\/b>
<\/li> - Direct client acquisition and revenue generation<\/b>
