Job Description
Rapidly expanding specialized glass/partition manufacturer/installer seeks 2 on-site Business Development Associates to support 2 BD Managers in the field. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Salary depends on experience. Bonus available depending on performance. Company offers excellent package through ADP TotalSource (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, disability, PTO, etc.) as well as EBITDA profit sharing plan.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
1.1. Identify potential clients and project opportunities.
1.2. Research clients and project opportunities to identify critical qualifying information.
a. Stakeholders, decision makers, timeline, budget, etc.
1.3. Schedule meetings for business development colleagues with clients and project influencers.
1.4. Research Firms and take actions to qualify the opportunity and move down the funnel.
2. Administrative Support:
2.1. Provide administrative support to business development team.
a. Updating CRM, performing/scheduling follow ups, meeting preparation, shipping samples, scheduling food for client meetings.
2.2 Review and qualify incoming bid requests.
2.3 Review and action incoming leads and website inquiries.
