Cover Whale is expanding regionally, and we are looking to add an additional Business Development Associate located in one of the following states: Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, or California, working remotely onPacific Time hours, with occasional early-morning meetings as business needs require.
This role involves managing smaller, established partners as well as newly onboarded partners, ensuring their successful integration and growth. The Associate will also develop strategies for these partner cohorts and provide key insights into portfolio composition and performance during quarterly reviews.

At Cover Whale, we believe in transparent and equitable compensation practices. The expected base pay for this role has a range of $61000 to $91000. Final base pay is determined based on several factors, including skills, experience, and is aligned to state-specific zones.
