As a Business Development Associate, you'll build bridges between businesses and AT&T Business solutions, supported by sales training that ensures every bridge is structurally sound. The Business Development Associate observes how they assess sales workflows, how they position Business Fiber against competitors, and how they follow up with documentation.
Role Responsibilities of the Business Development Associate:
- Engage with business customers to present AT&T Business internet and communication services in a customer-friendly and informative way.
- Assist customers in exploring internet and communication solutions that align with daily operational and workplace needs.
- Contribute to sales initiatives through customer engagement, relationship-building, and service education activities.
- Coordinate sales and support tasks, including onboarding communication, follow-up outreach, and customer assistance efforts.
