We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused BDC Agent to help drive our sales team's success by connecting with customers, scheduling appointments, and creating a world-class first impression of our dealership.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, phone experience, and a passion for helping customers.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound sales inquiries and follow up with internet leads in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.
• Build rapport with customers over the phone, text, and email.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system.
• Partner with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

• Previous BDC, call center, customer service, appointment-setting, sales support, or phone experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling a high volume of customer interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership software systems.
