Business Development Center (BDC) Agent - Service

Honda of Frontenac is hiring a Business Development Agent for its Service Department to be the first point of contact between our customers and the service department. You'll own the phone and appointment experience — making sure every customer gets scheduled, followed up with, and taken care of.

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and respond to service inquiries promptly and professionally
• Schedule and confirm service appointments in our dealership management software
• Follow up after service visits to check satisfaction and drive repeat business
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to match customer needs with shop capacity
• Log customer interactions accurately and pull reports as needed
• Recommend relevant service packages when they genuinely fit the customer's needs

What you bring

• Strong communication and people skills — you're comfortable on the phone all day
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple calls and appointments at once
• Prior customer service or dealership service department experience preferred
• Comfortable learning new software; DMS experience a plus
• A positive, customer-first attitude
