Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

I-10 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is building a new Business Development Center, and we’re looking for motivated, outgoing people who are great communicators and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

This is an opportunity to join the department from the beginning and help us build a BDC focused on great customer communication, strong appointment performance and a fun, competitive culture.

What You’ll Do

As a BDC Representative, you’ll communicate with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle or learning more about our inventory.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to internet leads, phone calls, texts and customer inquiries
• Making outbound calls and following up with prospective customers
• Building rapport and creating great conversations with customers
• Scheduling dealership appointments
• Confirming appointments and following up with customers
• Maintaining accurate customer information and activity in our CRM
• Working closely with our sales team to create a smooth handoff when customers arrive
• Consistently following our customer communication and follow-up processes

What We’re Looking For

Automotive BDC experience is a plus, but it is not required.

We’re looking for people who are:

• Coachable and willing to learn
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Motivated by performance and results

If you have experience in customer service, inside sales, hospitality, call centers or another customer-facing position, your skills may translate very well to this role.

Compensation

We expect compensation to be competitive, with strong performers earning approximately $55,000–$70,000+ annually through a combination of hourly pay and performance-based compensation.

Your earning potential will be directly influenced by your performance.
