BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER/RECEPTION

Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge is looking for a full-time Business Development/ Receptionist to join the team. We are looking for a talented individual who exemplifies the below skills to join us as we grow. This is a full time non-exempt position. This position is required to work 40 hours a week, including some evenings and weekends.

Business Development/ Receptionist:

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously

• Direct phone calls to the appropriate point of contact/department

• Greet visitors and understand purpose of visit to help direct them as needed

• Maintain office supplies

• Make appointments for our sales team

• Maintain a pre-established goal for appointments either phone appointments and physical appointments. 

• Other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

Required: 

• At least one year of retail,service, or office job experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of computers/Internet navigation.

• Comfortable communicating on the phone is a must

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Great organization skills

Preferred

• 1-2 years of previous experience as receptionist

• Valid Driver’s License

Compensation:

• Performance bonuses available upon managers discretion.
