Hudson United Title Company is looking for a highly motivated, outgoing and entrepreneurial professional to join our team in a unique Business Development & Closing Associate role.

This position is ideal for a self-starter who wants to build a career in the title insurance and real estate industry while developing experience in both sales/business development and title closings.

The territory will be divided and will include opportunities throughout Westchester County, Putnam County, the Bronx and New York City.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional desk job. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, networking and creating new business opportunities.

The right candidate will be trained in the title insurance industry and in conducting real estate closings, providing an opportunity to develop multiple skills and income streams within the business.

Hands on Training

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with real estate attorneys, Realtors, mortgage professionals and other industry partners

Prospect for new business and identify opportunities within the assigned territory

Attend networking events, office meetings, industry functions and closings

Follow up consistently with prospects, clients and referral partners

Represent Hudson United Title professionally throughout the marketplace

Learn the title insurance process from order through closing

Train to conduct residential real estate closings

Assist in creating an exceptional client experience and building long-term relationships

Work collaboratively with our sales, production and closing teams

Organized and responsive with strong follow-up skills

Professional in both communication and appearance

Comfortable networking and developing new relationships

Willing and eager to learn

Able to work independently while also being part of a team

Familiar with Westchester, Putnam, Bronx and/or NYC real estate markets

Interested in building a long-term career with significant growth potential

Real estate, legal, mortgage, title, sales or business development experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

`This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with high earning potential for someone who is motivated to build their own book of business.
