Our current engagement involvessupporting a fast-growing GRC SaaS product company seeking to expand its market footprint in North America.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Consultant with a proven track record in selling GRC products, risk management platforms, or compliance software solutions. The ideal candidate is based in the Atlanta, GA area and will work in a hybrid capacity. You'll play a key role in driving pipeline growth, building client relationships, and shaping the go-to-market strategy for a next-generation GRC platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting CISOs, Risk Officers, Compliance Leaders, and Procurement
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to close, including product demonstrations and solution positioning
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to align client needs with platform capabilities
  • Represent the GRC solution at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings
  • Maintain a consultative approach to understand client challenges and offer tailored solutions
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, inbound leads, and partnership channels
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and market feedback to leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in GRC, risk management, cybersecurity, or audit-related software
  • Deep understanding of the GRC domain and familiarity with platforms like Archer, SAI360, MetricStream, or LogicGate
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to close mid-size to enterprise-level deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Based in Atlanta, GA with the ability to work 3 days/week onsite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus)
Nice to Have
  • Existing network of GRC professionals, compliance leaders, or security stakeholders in regulated industries
  • Experience selling into sectors such as BFSI, healthcare, or government
  • Exposure to startup or scale-up SaaS environments
