The Business Development Consultant drives growth by identifying new business opportunities and promoting our products and services to prospective commercial clients. The role requires strong sales and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include lead generation, sales presentations, negotiating terms, managing lead opportunities through CRM, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction. Success is measured by achieving new business sales targets through consistent prospecting, pipeline development, and the acquisition of new commercial customers. This is a remote position but will be required to come to our Westminster, Maryland office for training and occasional meetings. $110k-$135k+ annually (base plus earned commissions) Responsibilities
