This is an in-office position and will not include outside sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and adding clients to the client database;
  • Researching business opportunities and develop market sector leads across multiple industries and geographic regions;
  • Coordinating presentations, client meetings, networking events, and other business development activities, including scheduling, registrations, and event logistics;
  • Developing and creating social media content, marketing materials, and presentations to support business development initiatives;
  • Tracking professional organization memberships, sponsorships, industry events, and related business development activities;
  • Assisting with the management and retention of relationships with existing clients; and
  • Generating and qualifying leads though targeted research.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
  • Previous office or internship experience preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
  • Proficient in Canva and Adobe;
  • Strong organizational, research, and multitasking skills; and
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Higher compensation than the amount listed below may be offered commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Hourly Pay Range
$24—$27 USD
