Job Description
Due to rapid growth, GNR has been retained to identify a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADER that can identify, pursue & capture large multi-million contracts with DEFENSE PRIMES, GOVERNMENT entities & OEM’S.
Join a dynamic team and play a significant role in the ongoing growth of this well-established Florida division that specializes in Chemicals used in Munitions, Rocket Fuels, Propulsion propellants, Energetic materials, Explosives etc.
- Reporting directly to the Corporate SVP Business Development, you will manage Full Life-Cycle sales requirements: manage existing customer relationships, identify & capture new business, contract negotiations & competitive proposals (RFP’s & RFQ’s)
- Collaborate with internal resources to ensure winning bids, execution & deliverables
- Research & identify new trends / products / industry’s / customer base
EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 5+ years of experience with DEFENSE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT in any of the following areas: Munitions, Rocket Fuels, Propulsion propellants, Energetic materials, Explosives etc.
- 30%+ travel domestic & international, conferences & trade shows, customers & HQ
- Conduct market research & analysis, capture new Contracts & Proposals, RFP / RFQ’s.
- BS Degree
- US Citizenship required
