Leading a commercial and business development team driving growth and development of an emerging businessDevelop and lead the commercial and business development strategy while being a hands on player coachDevelop executive relationships with customers, channel partners, suppliers, and strategic partnersDefine a compelling value proposition, addressing unmet customer needs.Collaborate with customers to develop a joint technology roadmap and strategize with the commercial and product development teamsLead activities from initial customer engagement through to bid submission and business acquisitionEnsure technical proposals align with customer programs and are consistent with the engineering guidelinesCoordinate system simulations and verify that customer performance targets are met with support from the performance and systems teams.Gather all necessary requirements and conduct a gap analysis compared to the standard product offering.Lead customer technical presentations, ensuring value proposition is clearly communicated and aligned with customer expectations.Lead Technical Sales Engineers and Account Managers ensuring they are growing and developing and while also supporting the overall business goals and objectivesPage Executive is the global executive search, senior leadership recruitment, and executive advisory arm of PageGroup plc.
