In this role, you will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals. Off-premise sales specifically catering will be a must. And growing the on-premises customer service footprint that, when delivered, exceeds the customer's expectations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create strategic growth plans.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the industry and local market in North Augusta, SC, and Augusta, GA is preferred.
- Experience in Business, Marketing, or related field is necessary
