We are seeking a consultative and results-driven Sales Executive to lead sales efforts targeting Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device and Diagnostics companies, and Healthcare Marketing Agencies. The ideal candidate will be a master of deep discovery, uncovering critical HCP data and media waste pain points to build and manage a robust pipeline of new and existing accounts within the HCP landscape.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, positioning, proposals, negotiation, and closing new business
• Understand client needs around HCP targeting, audience development, and campaign performance
• Build relationships with decision-makers in marketing, media, and commercial teams
• Stay current on HCP engagement, omnichannel marketing, and AdTech trends
• Partner with marketing, product, and client success teams to align execution
• Lead proposal development and pricing/contract negotiations with the Solution Sales Architect
• Act as a trusted advisor on data accuracy, media efficiency, and performance optimization
• 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience in life sciences, AdTech, or healthcare data, with a track record of building new accounts
• Strong knowledge of HCP engagement, DSPs, and programmatic media
• Proven quota achievement through outbound prospecting, negotiation, and closing
• Disciplined pipeline generation (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, events, networking)
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
• Skilled at discovery and mapping solutions to ROI/measurement outcomes
• CRM/sales engagement platform proficiency
• Willingness to travel for client and industry events
• Self-starter with ownership and accountability for pipeline growth
• Resilient through long sales cycles and rejection
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage a healthy pipeline
