Job Overview:Job Summary**The Business Development Director will drive growth for Primoris Energy Services by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the energy infrastructure sector. This role focuses on expanding market share and building strong client relationships to achieve strategic revenue goals. This position is located in the Pearland, Texas office but will require regular travel to support business development needs.Job Responsibilities**Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify and pursue new project opportunities within the oil and gas, power, and renewable energy markets.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to proposal development, presentation, negotiation, and contract closing.Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth.Collaborate closely with internal engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure proposed solutions align with Primoris' capabilities and deliverable standards.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and capabilities statements to prospective clients.Negotiate favorable contract terms and conditions, ensuring profitability and risk mitigation.Represent Primoris Energy Services at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.Monitor and report on business development pipeline, sales forecasts, and market performance.Contribute to the strategic planning process for Primoris Energy Services, providing insights on market opportunities and competitive landscape.Job Qualifications**Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business development or sales within the energy infrastructure, oil & gas, or power generation industries.Proven track record of successfully securing large-scale projects and achieving significant revenue growth.Extensive network of contacts within the energy sector, including owners, developers, and engineering firms.Strong understanding of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project lifecycle and contracting models.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel extensively as required.Company Overview:Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
