This is a full-cycle, consultative sales role. You are not pitching a commodity, you will own the process from prospecting through close to retention and growth. You will work directly with the Director of Sales and SVP of Business Development, and you will have the resources, the brand credibility, and the product to win.The right candidate does not need to be told what to do. They are obsessed with identifying the right opportunities, building real relationships with decision-makers, and closing business that sticks.If you are motivated by selling to world‑class eCommerce brands, competing with industry giants, and winning, keep reading!KEY OBJECTIVESOwn prospecting and lead generation across assigned accounts in CRM, inbound marketing leads, and self‑sourced outbound opportunitiesBuild high‑value target account lists and run omni‑channel outbound campaigns (cold email, phone, LinkedIn, and other tactics) to initiate contact with the right decision‑makersQualification & DiscoveryLead effective discovery conversations that uncover client challenges, separate genuine intent from casual interest, and qualify or disqualify opportunities efficientlyIdentify and confidently engage with C‑level, VP‑level, and Director‑level decision‑makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations and build comprehensive relationships across the buying committeeClosing & Account ManagementDrive deals from qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closeServe as a trusted logistics advisor, not just a transactional salesperson, and maintain active relationships post‑close through regular business reviewsPartner with internal teams (Client Experience, Operations, Customs) to ensure a smooth client onboarding and delivery experienceREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSFluency in writing, reading, and speaking English3‑5 years of successful full‑cycle B2B sales experience with a proven track record in a metrics‑driven environment, with a focus on activity, pipeline conversion, and closed revenueStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead a remote sales conversation end‑to‑end and engage VP and C‑level decision‑makers persuasivelyExperience with a CRM system (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent) and comfort operating in tech‑enabled sales environmentsComfort using or curiosity of AI‑driven tools to improve research, outreach, and overall sales resultsThe ability and genuine desire to learn new strategies, tools, and approaches quickly, and to be excited (not frustrated) by a fast‑moving environmentWHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLEWe are not just looking for someone who can sell.
