Our culture of continuous improvement is supported by a global team dedicated to providing exceptional customer support.ResponsibilitiesDrive business development in the commercial sector for BRINK'S warehousing, trucking, logistics, and related solutions.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer portfolio.Conduct prospecting activities such as cold calling, meetings, networking, and follow‑ups.Prepare proposals, conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and support contract drafting.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution.Prepare sales reports and provide insights to support business planning and process improvements.RequirementsBachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, security logistics, Third-Party Logistics, warehousing, or related sectors.Proven experience in prospecting, business development, and converting leads into clients.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).Self‑driven, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.Brink's is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, disability status, marital status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or history or any other characteristic protected by law.
