Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in international and domestic freight forwarding (air, sea, and land).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners to ensure long-term growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and finance) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales.
  • Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and global trade processes.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
