Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in international and domestic freight forwarding (air, sea, and land).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners to ensure long-term growth.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and finance) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales.
Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and global trade processes.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
