This is a high-impact, fully remote hunter role focused on building a book of business and expanding relationships with enterprise clients requiring secure, compliant IT asset disposition, data center decommissioning, and asset recovery solutions.

Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within enterprise IT environments
Build, manage, and grow a personal book of business
Sell full-service ITAD solutions, including:
Asset recovery and remarketing
Data center decommissioning
Secure data destruction and certified erasure
IT asset logistics and relocation
Develop relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, IT Directors, Infrastructure leaders, and Procurement teams
Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close and ongoing account growth
Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure successful project execution
Maintain and grow existing client relationships
Required:
3+ years of experience selling IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), asset recovery, IT lifecycle, or electronics recycling services
Proven track record of generating net-new business
Experience building and managing a book of business
Strong understanding of IT hardware lifecycle and disposition processes
Hunter mentality with a proactive approach to business development
Highly Preferred:
Experience working for an ITAD provider or hardware remarketing organization
Existing relationships with enterprise IT decision-makers
Experience selling data center decommissioning or asset recovery services
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
