We're looking for someone who can prospect, build strong relationships, navigate the RFP process, and close long-term B2B service agreements.What You'll DoDevelop new business for commercial cleaning, janitorial, and night cleaning servicesTarget large commercial and multi-location accountsBuild relationships with facility leaders, property management companies, hospitality groups, and corporate decision-makersIdentify and pursue RFP, bid, and contract opportunitiesConduct discovery meetings and facility walkthroughsPartner with Operations to develop scopes of work, staffing plans, and pricingPrepare and present proposalsNegotiate contracts and service agreementsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closeBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunitiesDevelop long-term and multi-location client partnershipsAttend client meetings and industry events as neededExperience RequiredProven B2B sales experience REQUIREDExperience selling commercial cleaning, janitorial, facility services, or outsourced services strongly preferredProven ability to close large or complex accountsExperience with RFPs, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiationsStrong prospecting and business development skillsComfortable selling to executive-level decision-makersExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAble to independently build and manage a sales pipelineCRM experience requiredWilling to travel as neededThis is not an entry-level sales position.
