Job description:Business Development Executive - Pathology ServicesGreater Houston Area | Full-Time | Field-BasedBrown & Associates Medical Laboratories is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our presence throughout the Greater Houston and surrounding area healthcare community.For more than 70 years, Brown has been a trusted pathology partner to physicians and healthcare providers. We're looking for an experienced healthcare business development professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping physician practices connect with exceptional pathology services.In this role, you will:Build relationships with physician practices, hospitals, and surgery centersDevelop new business opportunities throughout Houston and surrounding marketsRepresent a respected pathology practice with an outstanding reputationPartner with physicians and healthcare leaders to support exceptional patient carePlay a key role in the continued growth of an established organizationWe're looking for someone with:Healthcare business development or outside client partnership experienceStrong relationship-building and communication skillsA self-motivated, results-oriented approachExperience in Anatomic pathology, laboratory services, diagnostics, or healthcare is preferredAt Brown, we don't measure success by the number of sales calls you make.
