We’re looking for a dynamic <\/span>Business Development Executive<\/b> <\/span>to join our Sales and Marketing Team in <\/span>Maryland, USA<\/b>.

Preferred Industry<\/b>: Engineering (AEC)
<\/p>
Experience<\/b>: 2 -4 years in B2B sales & customer relations. Must be a champion in closing deals.

Responsibilities<\/b>:
<\/p>- Act as the Point of Contact to clients during the pre -sales phase.
<\/li> - Conduct market research and actively seek out new sales opportunities.
<\/li> - Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
<\/li> - Review purchase orders, sales contracts, and other agreements from clients.
<\/li> - Stay up -to -date with the latest technological advancements and innovations in the AEC industry.
<\/li> - Identify BIM service needs within the AEC market.
<\/li><\/ul><\/span><\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>- B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineering, or Architectural degree will be an add -on
<\/li> - BIM/CAD domain sales experience is preferred
<\/li> - At least 2 years experience in acquiring new customers
<\/li> - Should be willing to travel to attend client meetings and conferences.
<\/li> - Should be target -driven, proactive, and a team player.
<\/li> - Must have excellent communication skills.
<\/li><\/ul><\/span><\/div>
