The Opportunity

PMF is the largest broker in the alternative lending industry, headquartered on Wall Street. We have grown into an organization of 26 offices across 4 countries, all based on a system of building brokers into managers.

Business owners across the country are under immense pressure right now to make payroll, expand, or even stay afloat because the banks are moving too slow or just flat out telling them no. With 30+ products and services, PMF has become a one stop shop for their capital needs.

Right now PMF is pushing 7 billions in funding while other industries are cutting back. Our leads are up 200% and we are growing the team to meet demand. This is a rare chance to join the Fresh Meadows, Queens office of Premium Merchant Funding. Our Fresh Meadows office runs as a small, elite unit. In 2025 the office paid out over $10 Million in broker fees to a team of 25-30  agents. Our goal is to double that  in 2026.

We make working as a broker straightforward. You will focus on generating applications by building relationships with American business owners, who will become accounts in your book of business. The first year is the grind. It is supposed to be. It takes 200 no's to get the first yes, but 80 percent of people who make it through year one stay for the next 5 years. That is why every one of our 26 office managers started in this exact role.

Year 1 OTE: $82,000 to $125,000+ Year 2 OTE: $200,000 to $350,000

College Grads in Greek Life or Club Leadership: the confidence to talk numbers with business owners. Many of our desk managers and closers come from this background. If you're at St. John's, you're already next door, close enough to start your career here without relocating or commuting into the city first.

Previous Sales Experience: the art of selling is already there but the commission structure at a previous role may not have reflected the skill. At PMF representatives earn 20 to 40 percent on every funded deal and every client is theirs for the length of their time with the company. No more one-time sales.Here client comes back and brings others with them. Many of the top performers and desk managers at PMF come from this profile.

Bilingual candidates have a real edge here.
