This paid, in-person, part-time role (2 days per week, approximately 8–10 hours weekly, $25/hour) is based out of our New York office and offers hands-on exposure to business development within private equity and venture capital. This opportunity is expected to run during the Fall of 2026 through the end of March 2027; however, the end date is flexible depending on your schedule.What You'll Do:As a Business Development Intern, you'll gain valuable exposure to the private equity secondaries market while working alongside experienced professionals.  Your Responsibilities will include:

• Identify and research prospective GPs, fund managers, and intermediaries within target sectors (including software, healthcare) and across the venture capital, private equity, and secondaries landscape.
• Compile research reports and analysis on target sectors and industry trends.
• Support scheduling of virtual and in-person meetings and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up.
• Help maintain an accurate, organized CRM portal, including contact information and documentation of client communications.
• Assist with business development and investor relations projects on an as-needed basis.Who We're Looking For:We're seeking resourceful, outgoing, highly communicative students with a passion for finance.
