This is a business development-focused sales role.

You will:

  1. Generate new business through relationships and outreach (primary focus)
  2. Run estimates and close inbound opportunities (secondary)

Success in this role depends on your ability to build a pipeline and create opportunities. If you are not comfortable prospecting and developing relationships, this is not the role for you.

Responsibilities

Business Development (Primary – ~60%)

  1. Build relationships with:
  2. Realtors
  3. Property managers
  4. Apartment communities
  5. Senior living facilities
  6. Local businesses
  7. Generate referral and repeat business
  8. Prospect in the field (this is not a desk job)
  9. Develop and manage your pipeline

Inbound Sales (Secondary – ~40%)

  1. Run residential and commercial estimates
  2. Follow up and close opportunities
  3. Deliver a strong customer experience

Compensation

  1. Base Salary: $24,000 – $30,000
  2. Commission on both company-provided leads and self-generated business
  3. Higher earning potential for business you generate

On-target earnings typically range from $50,000 – $80,000+, with higher upside for top performers.

Requirements

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Comfortable with proactive outreach and relationship building
  3. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  4. Ability to work independently and manage your time

Preferred (Not Required)

  1. Sales experience (especially B2B or relationship-based sales)
  2. Experience prospecting or generating business
