Business Development Liaison
Solero Behavioral Transitions
We provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals struggling with severe mental illness. Our program offers comprehensive care, including individual and group therapy sessions, case management services and life skills training. A mental health residential facility is a place where people receive intensive, specialized care for mental health or substance abuse issues in a non-hospital setting. Residents receive 24-hour supervision, treatment, and support from mental health experts. The environment is homelike and supportive, and residents participate in therapeutic activities.
The Role Itself
Leads business plan development with CEO and senior personnel.
Manages and assesses business development personnel.
Identifies, prioritizes referral sources, uses feedback for strategy.
Establishes metrics, creates reports, analyzes business development.
Shapes market scope, monitors competition, develops annual budget.
Plans community workshops and seminars with Assessment and Referral.
Ensures quality marketing materials deliver the message.
Manages community relationships, facility reputation, CRM reports.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Or relevant experience in industry will be considered.
Must be 21 yrs or older.
License:
Valid driver's license, clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and proof of insurance for personal vehicle use.
