Position Summary
The Business Development Liaison is a sales-driven role responsible for generating referral growth and expanding awareness of Navian Hawaii’s services through targeted outreach, sales, business development, relationship management and community outreach. Serving as the primary sales and marketing representative for assigned service areas, this position is accountable for building and sustaining high-value referral partnerships that drive volume across hospice, palliative care, pediatric care and other organizational service lines.
This role actively identifies new referral opportunities, conducts consistent field-based sales calls, builds relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals, promotes organizational services through ongoing outreach and education, and identifies opportunities to generate new referrals. The ideal candidate is a motivated, goal-oriented salesperson who excels at relationship-building, thrives in a field-based environment and is committed to achieving referral and growth targets while supporting access to compassionate, high-quality care.

$74,000-$94,000 Annually
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a monthly performance-based incentive
