The Business Development Loan Manager will oversee the bilateral loan origination process and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Client DetailsThe client is a Taiwanese bank providing a full range of retail, corporate, and international banking services domestically and overseas.DescriptionOversee the loan origination process from application to closing, ensuring compliance with internal policies/procedures/manuals, and all applicable Federal and State regulations.Review loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness.Drive business growth by acquiring large corporate and SME accounts through the promotion of banking solutions.Develop and maintain a pipeline of business loan opportunities to meet organizational goals.Build and strengthen relationships with potential and existing clients to maximize lending opportunities.Analyze and assess financial data to determine loan eligibility and risk management strategies.Prepare and present loan proposals to decision-makers and stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient loan processing.Monitor and manage the performance of the loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
