If so, the AB Third Party (AB3P) team is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to drive expansion of our Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts for strategic B2B selection, and influence partner team product roadmaps. In this role, you will work closely with Product Teams, Account Managers, and sellers. Your objective will be to define the right customer experience, solve ambiguous problems, and lead complex deal-based negotiations. Additionally, you will contribute to mechanisms to scale our GTM to the broader Sales Team, own strategic programs, and translate business customer expectations into seller and tool requirements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable building a business, is metrics and data driven, has a desire to learn and lead in a fast-paced environment. You are able to think strategically, look at the business analytically, and implement flawlessly. As a leader, the right candidate will be comfortable with executive interactions, passionate advocate, and creative professional. You will build and inspire a positive, high-energy, results-oriented culture in our team, creating a measurable impact across Amazon Business. Key job responsibilities - Engage with strategic sellers, AB Account Reps, and AB Sales Leaders to execute deal-based negotiations for strategic selection. - Engage with sellers to drive new feature adoption through data led insights and collect voice of seller feedback. - Manage a strategic book of business and deals through ongoing engagement. - Own strategic program as part of GTM. - Manage projects in a timely fashion for multiple deliverables on competing timelines. Basic Qualifications - 6+ years of professional or military experience - Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business - Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals - Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software - Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline Preferred Qualifications - Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units - Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps - Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
