Business Development Manager:
We are looking for an upbeat and motived Business Development Manager to help us grow a key enterprise account in the Dallas market. The ideal person for this role will have experience in selling the full menu of IT Staffing Solutions / Services to a variety of mid market and/or enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for executing strategies to expand our presence, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue growth within the account. Are you IN?

Here's a little more about the role:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within your target account/s to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the account/s, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the delivery team, to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with the client's goals and objectives.
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, check references and extend offers to qualified candidates.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients through on-site meetings and a variety of social events.
- Contract negotiation with Procurement, HR, Hiring Managers and potentially VMS systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Minimum 1 year of proven success in IT Staffing Sales required (with a top industry competitor).
- Prior IT Recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience selling managed service solutions and managing executive level relationships.
- Developing and maintaining long term client and candidate relationships.
- Experience with MSP/VMS & Implementation Partners preferred
- Strong communication, presentation skills, high energy and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- High volume client activity, 15+ meetings a week.
