We offer competitive salary and perks and a meritocracy driven career growth path.Job DescriptionAs a regional BDM for SAP, you would be accountable for driving order booking growth through the one regional SAP teams covering North America. The regions we expect to be covered are: North East USA, Midwest USA, South USA, West USA & Canada. This is a field job and requires you to work with the various SAP teams in one of these regions including SAP BTP/LOB team, SAP Industry team, business and IT decision makers at customers to drive business solutions led sales opportunities for net new accounts. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver Order booking of $1M through the SAP channel in close coordination with the North America Sales teamDrive pipeline and opportunities jointly with SAP teamResponsible for managing relationships with SAP team members in the regionLiase with SAP Industry AEs and BTP AEs to create new opportunities for Incture offeringsGain introductions to such target customers through the support of SAP team membersConduct Level 1 and Level 2 conversations with propsectsWork with Incture sales and presales team in the region to strategize and execute on sales plays to win such target customersDevelop trusted and deep relationship with multiple SAP and customer stakeholdersConduct regional marketing events with SAP to drive demandConduct monthly/quarterly reviews with SAP leaders and management team and implement corrective actions where necessaryReport to SAP leadership team key metrics of the programRelevant Experience & CompetenciesAlliance management in any roleInside sales or field sales experience selling any enterprise solutionExposure to any one of the following industries: Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Oil & GasExposure to any one of the following LOBs: HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer ExperienceExperience on SAP based solutions in the above-mentioned industries or LOBsBusiness knowledge of the PaaS markets, including deep knowledge of the offerings in the market todayKnowledge in BTP Solution portfolioExperience on one of the Digital Technologies such as Integration, mobility, IOT, Data and Analytics would be preferred.Ability to coordinate and bring together several stakeholders for a common objective/outcome i.e. winning customersExcellent communication skills (written & Oral)Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressureEagerness to learn new technologies and expand knowledgeProven ability to influence othersOpen to travel within the regionQualification: GraduateExperience Desired: 4-6 years in a sales supporting role#J-18808-Ljbffr
