ITAC Solutions is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our presence across the Central Texas market, specifically the Temple, Belton, and Killeen area. Unlike a traditional vertical-focused sales role, this position gives you the full ITAC toolkit. You'll represent all five of our practice areas: Accounting & Finance, Technology, Engineering, Corporate Services, and Government, and the full range of our service offerings, including temporary and contract staffing, contract-to-hire, direct hire, and retained executive search.
This is a role for someone energized by the chase, motivated by momentum, and confident walking into conversations cold, not someone who needs warm leads or a prebuilt portfolio. You'll spend your time cultivating new client relationships, reactivating dormant ones, and positioning ITAC as a trusted recruiting partner across industries and disciplines. And once you land the order? You get to hand it off, freeing you to stay fully focused on what you do best: growing the business.
This role is ideal for a competitive, self-driven B2B seller who believes opportunity is something you create, not something you wait for. And critically, this is a market where relationships open doors. If you're already embedded in the Temple, Belton, and Killeen business community, that's not a nice-to-have. It's a real advantage.
