    OverviewBradburys Group is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to be based at the company's office in Leicestershire, England, United Kingdom. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships and developing strategies to drive company growth. You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operational security teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and customer needs.Division: All DivisionsRole: Business Development ManagerRegion: EuropeCountry: United KingdomCity: NationwidePay: £35,000 per annumResponsibilitiesDemonstrate highest standards of customer-facing skills and customer care whilst remaining professional, approachable and polite at all timesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreachDevelop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholdersLead negotiations and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets and revenue goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategiesAnalyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential areas for growthPrepare and present business proposals, presentations, and reports to senior managementMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities and make recommendations for improvementEssential RequirementsA five-year checkable work historyProof of Right to work in the UKAn excellent command of English communication skills (written, oral, email)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related rolesStrong understanding of [industry/sector] market dynamics and trendsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareA flexible approach to hours of work and duties undertakenSelf disciplineAbility to adapt at all timesExcellent time-keeping/time managementFull UK Driving licenceCore HoursMonday – Friday: 09.00-17.00Disability Confident EmployerBradburys Group is a Disability Confident Employer, committed to building an inclusive and accessible workforce.
