Business Development Manager - Commercial Landscape Services

Overview

EnviroGreen Commercial Landscape Management is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manage with a true hunter mentality and specializing in Commercial Landscape Services to serve the Collin County area. You will spearhead initiatives to expand our client base, foster existing partnerships, and drive revenue growth within the commercial landscaping sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial landscape services to expand the company's footprint.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, existing customers, and industry partners to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Existing Accounts covered by Account Manager.
• Lead negotiations for contracts, proposals, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Oversee project management aspects of new client onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to service delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and insurable/clean driving record required (company vehicle provided)

Skills

• Proven experience in business development within the commercial landscape or related sectors.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while building trust.
• Licenses in commercial irrigation and/or pesticide application, an arborist certification, or similar will be helpful, but are not required.
• Salary determined based on PROVEN experience, Salary + Commission!
