About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Staffing Professional to develop and grow our contingent staffing book of business in the Southern California region.
This role requires for someone who has an established career performing business development activities for a staffing or employment consulting company and the ability to build their clientele from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Generate contingent staffing revenue by identifying and contacting potential hiring clients in the Southern California region
- Persistently makes follow-up calls and books in-person meetings with prospective customers
- Build and maintain relationships with current account contacts
- Cultivate and maintain current and past contacts using company CRM
Requirements: - Bachelors degree required
- Minimum 2 years of staffing industry experience
- Ability to build strong relationships with account managers, hiring managers, and other recruiters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of ATS and CRM applications a plus
- Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
