They will also participate in recruiting, develop sales plans, and drive market growth with a focus on value creation over price competition.
Qualifications require extensive industry experience (often 10+ years), proven sales/business development success, leadership skills, excellent communication, and familiarity with the utility/renewables markets.
Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $350,000 annually, with benefits including bonuses, insurance, ESOP, and 401(k). Travel is about 75%.
