Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Capture Manager to drive growth and lead opportunity capture efforts across key markets. This is a high-impact role suited for a self-starter who can take ownership of the full lifecycle—from opportunity identification through proposal submission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end capture process, from opportunity inception and qualification through proposal development and submission
  • Identify, track, develop, and manage pipeline for new business opportunities within commercial and federal sectors
  • Lead capture planning, competitive analysis, and solution positioning
  • Operate with limited oversight, taking full ownership of pipeline and deliverables

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in business development, capture management, or related roles in security, low voltage, or technology integration space
  • Proven ability to manage opportunities through the full sales/capture lifecycle
  • Strong communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
