Looking for a Sales Rep for the Florida. This position will call on dealers, distributors, and contractors. They will drive the sales volume through these accounts and be the product expert for their region. They will be responsible for product training, new product roll-outs and launches, marketing promotions, product presentations, managing customer service issues, and creating and establishing strong relationships with their clients. They will be responsible for showing the products cost and benefit advantages. They will be responsible for business development and maintaining existing clients. The sales rep. will track clients using a CRM tool and be responsible for bi-monthly activity and sales forecasting. Qualifications

  • Proven skills in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Experience in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while managing competing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the construction or building materials sector is a pluS
