Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth by
identifying, qualifying, and capturing federal contracting opportunities. This role
focuses on expanding the company's portfolio across U.S. government agencies
through full lifecycle capture and business development efforts…

Key Responsibilities
• Lead business development and capture efforts across the full federal
procurement lifecycle
• Identify and qualify new opportunities aligned with company capabilities
• Develop and execute win strategies to secure federal contracts
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Establish and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and industry
partners
• Support proposal development, including solutioning, pricing, and positioning
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in CRM systems

Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Government, or related field (or equivalent
experience)
• 5+ years of business development, capture, or sales experience in federal
contracting
• Proven success winning federal contracts (prime and/or subcontract)
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition processes
• Experience with contract vehicles such as GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, and GSA
Schedules
• Established network within federal agencies and/or government contractors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in IT, cybersecurity, Special Operations, intelligence, engineering,
logistics, or related fields
• Active security clearance (Secret or Top Secret)
• Familiarity with tools such as GovWin, SAM.gov, FPDS, and USA spending
• Capture management and/or proposal development experience
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APMP)
