## Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing, growth-oriented Remote Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our federal contracting portfolio. This strategic role focuses on identifying, capturing, and securing high-value U.S. government contracts within the intelligence, cybersecurity, and specialized language services domains.

The ideal candidate will leverage deep industry expertise to navigate federal procurement channels, establish robust partner networks, and drive end-to-end capture strategies that translate into successful prime and subcontract awards.
## Core Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Development & Optimization: Systematically research, identify, and qualify upcoming federal procurement opportunities utilizing industry-standard tools such as SAM.gov, agency long-range forecasts, GWACs, and IDIQ vehicles.
  • Comprehensive Capture Management: Lead end-to-end capture efforts spanning from pre-RFP phases through to final contract award; define precise win strategies, price-to-win parameters, and tactical competitive positioning.
  • Client & Partner Engagement: Cultivate and sustain high-value relationships with federal decision-makers, agency representatives, and industry partners; negotiate complex teaming agreements and strategic subcontracting opportunities.
  • Proposal Collaboration: Partner closely with internal proposal development teams to formulate compelling win themes, compliant technical solutions, and highly competitive pricing structures.
  • Market Intelligence & Risk Management: Monitor ongoing regulatory updates, market shifts, and competitor capabilities to provide actionable data and risk-mitigation strategies to corporate leadership.
  • CRM & Pipeline Governance: Maintain absolute accuracy of the active growth pipeline within enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and GovWin.
## Minimum Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Government Affairs, International Relations, or a strictly related professional field (or equivalent validated experience).
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of dedicated business development, sales, or strategic capture management experience specifically within the federal contracting sector.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in structuring, pursuing, and winning federal contracts as either a Prime Contractor or a major Subcontractor.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Deep working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) protocols, and standard government procurement lifecycles.
