Uncapped Commissions | Territory Ownership | Los Angeles Market
Location: Hybrid
Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance

As a Business Development Manager at Helpmates, a TalentLaunch company, you aren't just selling staffing; you are selling human capitalthe most critical asset any company owns.
You will be given the keys to the Los Angeles market with one objective: Growth.
This is a role for a strategic closer who views a "No" as the start of a negotiation and a "Yes" as the start of a partnership.

What Youll Do
- Own the Territory: Identify, prospect, and cultivate your network to land high-value accounts in the LA market.
- Negotiate Like a Pro: Handle everything from initial discovery to C-suite presentations and final contract execution.
- Consultative Closing: Move beyond transactional selling. You will diagnose organizational pain points and architect custom staffing solutions that stick.
- Drive the Pipeline: Manage a high-velocity sales cycle, keeping the CRM updated not because you have to, but because youre obsessed with your win rate.
- Collaborate: Partner with our delivery team to ensure the talent you promise is the talent we deliver.
Who You Are
- A Proven Winner: You have at least 5+ years of B2B sales experience (Staffing or Professional Services preferred) where you consistently sat at the top of the leader board.
- Strategically Aggressive: You know how to get past the gatekeeper and how to speak the language of a CFO.
- Mobile & Motivated: You thrive on the road. Youd rather be at a client site than behind a desk.
- Resilient: You have the "thick skin" required for high-volume outbound sales and the polish required for high-level account management.
The Requirements
- A track record of hitting and exceeding $1M+ quotas (or equivalent).
- Mastery of consultative sales techniques and "The Challenger" mindset.
- Valid drivers license and the hunger to be in the field 4 days a week.
- Experience with CRM (Bullhorn ideal) and high-level tech stacks.
