Description:
This is a key position within the company and will be responsible establishing new business relationships for US Special Forces and other DoD organizations, as required. Key responsibilities will be to support existing HTL customers ensuring their success, and for establishing and building new relationships with the SOF and DoD. This individual will also have a comprehensive understanding of the SIGINT, EW and ELINT market space and will lead proposal efforts to capture new business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support meetings in a professional manor at all levels within a customer's organization. Being able to communicate clearly with high level officials / leadership and their staff.
- Effectively provide HTL product overview capability briefings to prospective customers.
- Relay customer requirements to HTL leadership to enable sound corporate decision making.
- Kick off and manage the white paper / proposal process in support of new business.
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast for hardware sales and customer funded development tasks.
- Work with other functional groups including Engineering and Program Management to achieve corporate goals.
- Manage and coordinates RFP review including managing Questions and Clarifications to customer via Contracts Office.
- Establishes and maintains communications among all team members (local and remote employees and teammates) using collaborative tools.
- Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering or related discipline desired.
- Defense Industry experience required (USSOCOM experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent oral and technical writing abilities
- Understanding of the Government Procurement process and business capture.
- Effective as a team member and working self-sufficient.
- Eligibility for TS/SI clearance
SALARY RANGE
Full-time: $80,000 - $210,000 per year
