What You'll Do
In this client-facing role, you will represent CFS to organizations across the Houston market by:
Developing and expanding new business accounts
Building long-term relationships with leaders across multiple industries
Managing the full sales cycle-from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and account management
Connecting with clients through phone, email, video, and inperson meetings
Delivering hiring solutions that create true winwin outcomes for clients and candidates

You bring a blend of professionalism, personality, and drive, including:
2+ years of proven success in sales (staffing or service-based sales is a plus)

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission: The average employee in the company makes $65,000-100,000 in Y1, $70,000-100,000+ in Y2.
