We're looking for a Business Development Manager III to play a critical role in Imagine IT's continued expansion and long-term success. This senior-level position is ideal for a strategic business development professional who thrives on building high-value partnerships, driving revenue growth, influencing retention strategies, and mentoring others. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to key partners while shaping initiatives that directly impact company growth and market presence.

易 What You'll Do:

• Lead strategic business development efforts focused on expanding revenue, strengthening partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities.
• Conduct advanced market analysis to evaluate industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging growth opportunities.
• Create and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with long-term company objectives.
• Build, cultivate, and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners, clients, and industry stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close complex agreements, contracts, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead high-impact business development projects, collaborating across sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic partners through business reviews, growth planning, and solution development.
• Drive client retention and churn mitigation strategies by proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases to prospective and existing partners.
• Track and analyze key metrics including revenue growth, opportunity pipeline, retention, customer satisfaction, and forecast accuracy.
• Mentor and coach Business Development team members, sharing expertise, best practices, and strategic insights.
• Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader within the organization.

 What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related field.
• Proven success leading strategic growth initiatives and managing high-value client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and closing complex business agreements.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive analysis, and strategic business planning.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience mentoring team members and influencing cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms, sales tools, and performance analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities and strategic objectives.

 Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $109,000–$150,380

This reflects our good faith estimate of the base salary range for this position, based on market data and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined by experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise.
