You will have the freedom to build territory plans, develop target account strategies, generate your own pipeline and create commercial success in your region.
As Business Development Manager, your focus will be simple:
Go into the market and win new customers.
You will proactively target manufacturers, food brands, distributors and strategic accounts across the food packaging market — opening doors, creating opportunities and converting prospects into profitable long-term partnerships.
You will:
Generate and qualify new business opportunities
Build and manage your own outbound pipeline
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Open doors through cold outreach, networking and industry relationships
Deliver compelling commercial presentations and proposals
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to develop solutions
Identify both quick wins and strategic long-term opportunities
Maintain strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy
