In this role, you will establish and further develop trust and value for potential Kardex customers that are within the Industrial vertical.
Your tasks: • Nurturing and developing leads to further understand how Kardex products and solutions can be utilized by industrial operators to optimize their warehouse and manufacturing processes. • Converting leads into opportunities with general information for a sales manager and consultant to further develop specific solutions to meet the goals of the lead. • Working your network of resources to further develop yourself as a trusted advisor across the industry to develop additional leads.
Common tasks include: • Attending industry events and promoting Kardex Solutions • Collaboration with internal and external relationships to identify users who could benefit from Kardex Solutions portfolio of products • Helping identify pain points of current operations that could be addressed with a unique solution offering • Updating CRM information to track leads and their quality or conversion into opportunities to further improve marketing plans and product road maps • Regular meetings with contacts to validate market understanding and awareness of whats possible with todays technology.
