Title: 
Business Development Manager – Industrials Midstream & NGL
Compensation:  $120,000 – $175,000 base + Commission Plan, 401k 6% match, car allowance
Location:  Remote
Travel:  80% – frequent visits to customer sites, trade shows, and select international locations

Role & Responsibilities
This individual will take ownership of identifying, cultivating, and expanding commercial opportunities across the Midstream sector, with particular emphasis on gas processing and natural gas liquids (NGL) production markets. The role is central to driving revenue growth throughout North America and select international markets by forging strategic alliances, advocating for advanced fluid handling and artificial lift technologies, and deepening the company’s footprint within targeted Midstream segments.
 
  • Source and develop new commercial opportunities within gas processing facilities, NGL production operations, and Midstream infrastructure.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies to increase the company’s market share and brand visibility within key industry verticals.
  • Build and sustain high-value relationships with operators, EPC contractors, engineering consultancies, and other strategic stakeholders.
  • Represent the company’s product and technology portfolio at industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and technical working groups.
  • Partner with internal engineering, product, and operations teams to support seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitive intelligence, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform strategic positioning.
  • Ensure that all revenue-generating activities align with established billing and collections procedures.
  • Actively contribute to and advance the company’s broader strategic growth initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of safety by adhering to all relevant protocols and escalating concerns through proper channels.

Requirements
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in business development, technical sales, or commercial roles within the energy sector.
  • Deep working knowledge of artificial lift technologies, with a strong preference for ESP and HPS systems.
  • Established network of contacts among operators, EPC firms, and engineering consultants active in Midstream and NGL markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence key decision-makers and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Chemical, Petroleum, or a closely related discipline.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating technical concepts for commercial audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of initiative, a customer-first orientation, and a commitment to results.
